Token Terms

These Token Terms supplement our Terms of Service and explain what Tokens are and how they work.
1. What Tokens are
Tokens are usage credits for the MoonX Academy software. Each tool run or premium module unlock consumes a fixed number of Tokens, displayed in the Service before you confirm. Tokens exist only inside your MoonX Academy account.
2. What Tokens are not
- Tokens are not money, a currency, a cryptocurrency, a security, a gift card, store credit or a stored-value instrument.
- Tokens have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, withdrawn or converted into money or any other asset.
- Tokens cannot be transferred, gifted, sold or shared between accounts.
- Tokens are not an investment and do not appreciate in value.
3. Free Tokens
Every free account receives a monthly allowance of free Tokens (currently 50). The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month and unused free Tokens do not roll over. Free Tokens are always used before purchased Tokens. Creating multiple accounts to obtain extra free Tokens is prohibited and may lead to account termination.
4. Purchased Tokens
- Purchased Tokens are credited immediately after Paddle confirms payment.
- Purchased Tokens do not expire while your account is active. Accounts with no login for 24 consecutive months may be closed after 60 days' email notice, at which point any remaining balance is forfeited.
- Prices per pack and per-tool costs may change prospectively; Tokens already on your balance are unaffected.
5. Custom amounts
In addition to fixed packs, you may purchase any number of Tokens (minimum 100) at the per-Token price shown in the Service. Custom purchases are one-time and are governed by the same rules as packs. No subscription or recurring charge is ever created.
6. Refunds
Unused purchased Tokens are refundable under our Refund Policy. Used Tokens are not refundable.
7. Errors and abuse
If a technical error causes Tokens to be deducted without delivering the tool result, contact us and we will re-credit them. We may reverse Token credits obtained through fraud, chargebacks or exploitation of bugs.
