Free tier
Creating an account is free and includes 50 Tokens every month at no cost. You can use the platform indefinitely on the free tier — buying Tokens is optional and only needed if you want more usage than the monthly allowance.

Taxes and currency
Listed prices are in USD and exclude tax. Any applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your billing country, and your local currency equivalent is displayed before you confirm payment.
Payment and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, tax and all payment-related customer service. "Paddle.com" will appear on your card or bank statement, not MoonX Academy.
A receipt is emailed to you by Paddle immediately after payment. Card details are entered on Paddle's PCI-DSS compliant checkout and are never seen or stored by us.
Refunds
Token packs are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase provided the Tokens have not been used, and partly-used packs are refunded pro-rata for the unused portion. EU and UK consumers additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details, including how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy.
